Soon, Jared’s body trembled as sweat poured down his back. With his eyes shut, he shivered violently
as his expression turned dark. Downstairs, Flaxseed grew nervous when he saw Jared covered in the
light. Jared looked like a king, and Flaxseed felt the urge to get on his knees to worship him.
A while later, Jared stopped trembling but remained bathed in the light. Slowly, a familiar scene

The swordsman tossed his sword away, and both swords met midair.
Soon, the swords merged together and became one sword.
The flames on the Dragonslayer Sword disappeared, replaced by a greyish glow.
The moment both swords merged, the swordsman disappeared suddenly as though he had never
shown up.
The Dragonslayer Sword returned to Jared, and he caught it easily.
When his hand wrapped around the Dragonslayer Sword, countless sword techniques overwhelmed
and filled Jared’s mind.
“Ah!” He jolted up from the throne and toppled to the ground.
Wrapping his hands around his head, he let out an anguished yell as though his head was about to
burst.
Upon seeing such a scene, Flaxseed instantly ran up the stairs.
In doing so, he discovered that the restrictive energy was gone.
Thus, Flaxseed ran up the stairs and soon reached the top.

To his surprise, there was a sword spirit within the Dragonslayer Sword. It might still be young, but with
careful training, the Dragonslayer Sword would soon become a spiritual tool.
Dragonslayer Sword was one with Jared, but it was hard to control, as it did not have a mind of its own.
