Chapter 766
Carolina sighed in exasperation, “Every time she makes that face, it’s usually because of her sister This time,
though, Keira shares some of the blame for spilling the beans to Uuro. It’s a bit of a dick move, but I kinda get it
After all, my granddaughter has been bullying her more and more over the years So, I guess Keira’s resentment is
understandable See, my granddaughter is making a scene again. Now, she was accusing Keira of plagiarizing her
work in the national selection. She’s been living on her own for years, and her temper’s been getting worse. She’s
become so moody.”
Though she kept bringing up her granddaughter, her tone was dripping with criticism.
Sophie shot Carolina a worried glance, then looked nervously at Chloe

was
Considering the incident six years ago, no one would believe that a student personally mentored by a revered
perfume master would plagiarize an obscure work.
Sure enough. Upon hearing Carolina’s words, Joshua finally turned his gaze to Chloe.
“Keira plagiarized her work?” Joshua furrowed his brow, turned to Keira and asked in a serious tone, “Did you?”
“Absolutely not! Mr. Joshua, how could I do something so unethical? You’re my mentor, so I would never do anything

“Well, this is awkward Who would’ve thought Keira was Joshua’s student? Chloe’s really screwed now.”
“Not only is she Rosanna, but she’s also Joshua’s student. Plagiarism? That’s hilarious! Get outta here!”
At this point, everyone seemed to be on the side of justice, unanimously condemning Chloe, the “villain“.
Keira sported a smug smile, her eyes filled with barely concealed malice and satisfaction.
Chloe turned around again, clearly seeing the expression on her face.
Keira slightly turned her body, partially hiding behind Joshua’s shoulder. She was provocatively staring at her, her
lips moving silently as if mouthing something.
But Chloe understood. She was saying, “You’ve lost again.”
The crowd continued to berate Chloe.
“Who would’ve thought that such a solemn award ceremony would turn into such a ruckus? A deep, steady voice
echoed.
Upon hearing this voice, a glimmer of hope flashed in Chloe’s eyes.

Everyone turned to look, only to see a distinguished elderly man. He was dressed in a suit, slowly walking in from
the entrance.
“Who’s this guy?”
“No idea.”
As everyone watched in confusion, the old man slowly walked in.
When Sophie saw the old man, a hint of doubt flashed in her eyes. She felt like she should know him, but in her
memory, she couldn’t recall anyone of such age.
When Joshua saw the old man, his eyes lit up with excitement. He quickly let go of Keira’s arm and strode over to
the old man, eyes full of enthusiasm. Then, to everyone’s surprise, he knelt before the old
man.
“Mentor“” Joshua said.
