Jack heard similar threats a few times a day, so he was numb to it all.
The warriors from the Swelling Tide Continent had sworn to make him suffer as well, but all of them were dead!
"Is this guy crazy, or is he faking it? Doesn't he know he's practically committing suicide right now? The Star
Continent has always been very particular about its honor. Anyone who offends a warrior that has a significant
position from their Continent will be targeted by them."
"So many have given up on their goals and left the city they were in for somewhere else. This is common
knowledge, so this guy must've known this. Why is he still doing this, then? Is he just bored of living?"

please. They act like they can do whatever they want, from cutting the queue to stealing our seats."
"They think that we'll listen to everything they say, and that no one will ever go against them. I know you're
inwardly complaining, too. Even though this guy is going to end up with a terrible fate, he's speaking up for all of
us!"
The moment that person said that, his fellow disciple immediately shut his mouth.
The man frowned and said, "Hey, are you crazy?! How could you say something like that now? All of the warriors
from Star Continent are fuming now! The walls have ears. If they end up hating you too, don't you think you're dead
meat?"
Jack did not care about what everyone else was saying at all.
In truth, he did not even need to think about it to know that all of them probably thought he was crazy to have done
what he did.
Rowan and Nymm froze. Their eyes were opened wide as if they were about to pop out of their sockets.
Nymm's whole body quaked in anger. He glared at Jack viciously as he gritted his teeth, looking like an enraged
beast that was about to lunge at Jack.
His eyes were filled with murderous intent. If it was anyone else, they would have been affected and would have
stepped back. However, Jack felt like the glare he shot him was just one from a complete idiot. It was useless.
Marth and Lourain looked at Jack with stunned expressions. Both of them opened their mouths to speak but wisely

There was nothing they could say in this situation. It was better for them to act like they had nothing to do with Jack.
Jack had the ability to protect himself, but they did not. There was no guarantee that Jack would protect them
either, so it was better to stay out of it.
Nonetheless, Marth and Lourain could not help but look at Jack. They knew how strong he was but could not
understand his arrogant ways.
The Star Continent did not consist of just one or two warriors-there were lots!
Jack was more than strong enough to deal with five or six of them, but if too many of them went for him, it could
turn out fatal.
