tone suddenly softened. “Are you done?”

“Almost! Estelle and Sallie were discussing design drafts on the other end.

Jonathan smiled. “I’m coming to find you.”

Looking at Jonathan’s smile, Carmella shivered. This normally aloof man looked so good when he smiled. Everyone

was guessing who Jonathan was calling. His tone was so gentle, even a bit flattering.

After hanging up, Jonathan stood up without saying goodbye to anyone and headed towards Estelle. Everyone was

staring at his back, looking shocked.

Sallie was the first to see Jonathan coming towards them. She was stunned for a moment, then gently kicked Estelle

under the table. “Estelle!”
