"Sister, what are you saying?" Serena's expression shifted to one of hurt. "What's going on? Why would you

Suzy stepped forward, pulling Evangeline aside to stand face-to-face with Serena. "You want to know what's

"You've been scheming to take everything Evangeline has. You encouraged Helena to target your own sister. But
you underestimated Evangeline's incredible luck. No matter how meticulous your plans were, she escaped them
every single time.
"So, you turned your attention to me. You thought hiring the world's top assassin- someone who's never failed a
mission-would make eliminating Evangeline a sure thing.
"Even better, since the man Evangeline loved was also my brother, if | failed, it would still sow discord between
them. A win-win for you, wasn't it?"
"That's not true!" Serena brushed past Suzy and grabbed Evangeline by the wrist. "Sister, Suzy is lying! I've
never done anything like that!
"You know she's always tried to drive a wedge between us. Don't believe a single word she says! And remember,

"She's not dead after all. She faked her death and has been plotting behind the scenes, trying to take back
